Portable applications are big fun in small packages, and we're big fans here at the testing lab; we're fans of open-source code and freeware, too. But FileZilla Portable, like other PortableApps freeware, is particularly nice, with a well-designed graphical user interface that's a welcome departure from the starkness of most portable software. It installs easily on your USB drive, iPod, external hard drive, or any portable storage device, or you can run it from a CD.
